Incubators and accelerators of various kinds are popping up all over the country, with the intent of supporting entrepreneurs and startups.
These accelerators include programs themed specifically around music intended for emerging artists, and there’s one of those happening right here in Detroit.
On this episode of the WJR Business Beat, Jeff talks about the Motown Musician Accelerator, a program that helps Detroit-based musicians take their careers to the next level. Motown Music Accelerator is directed by Suai Kee, a Detroit-based singer, songwriter, producer and mentor.
Interested artists can find program requirements and application materials at Motown Musician Accelerator’s official website.
